FAQs for PASS

Can I change my password?

No. All passwords are generated automatically due to the secure nature of the database. If you have forgotten your password, another one can be generated through the 'forgot your password' link on the log in page.

What if I am a producer and performer?

You will require two different accounts. You must register as a performer AND a producer, which will result in separate log-in ID for each account. When you log-in as a performer, your availability history will appear in the database. When you log-in as a producer, you may check the availability of other performers.

What if I submitted my information as a producer or agent, and I still can’t log-in to the database?

All producers and agents must be verified by PASS administrators. After submitting your information on the website, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you click on the confirmation email, the PASS administrators will verify your account; this will take 24-48 hours. If you still cannot access the database after this time period, please contact pass@freespeechcoalition.com.

Is FSCPASS free-of-charge?

FSCPASS.com is free of charge for performers.

What if I’m a performer but not registered on the FSCPASS.com database? Can I just show a producer a test from any testing facility?

The purpose of the FSCPASS.com website and database is to provide verification of performer’s work availability, so by being a member of FSCPASS.com, you are showing that your records are up-to-date and that you have chosen a participating testing facility. Major adult producers have agreed to use this system, in order to comply with industry standards for testing, confirm that the tests performers bring with them have not been tampered with, as well as for the protection of performers in the event of a health & safety incident. Eventually, the website also will offer health & safety education for members. Also the FSCPASS.com Advisory Committee will include medical, legal and industry professionals to advise PASS testing facilities and administration on issues with health & safety policy for adult production.

Does the database contain my medical records?

No. The database contains only information needed to verify performers’ availability, which is updated when you are tested at an FSCPASS.com participating testing facility. If you need to obtain a copy of your medical records, you should be able to do so by contacting the testing facility.

How do I find a testing facility?

On the top menu bar, click on the “Testing Facilities” tab, on the FSCPASS.com home page. You will see several options, both in the Los Angeles area and nationwide. Click on the name of a testing facility and you will go to the facility’s website for further instruction.

What kind of tests do FSCPASS.com recommended testing facilities use?

Testing facilities screen patients for HIV using the Aptima HIV-1RNA Qualitative Assay test. Other tests on a full performers’ panel also include Chlamydia, gonorrhea, hepatitis B & C, trichomoniasis, and syphilis.

Is the database secure?

Yes. The database has been built with several layers of security features, but no system is foolproof. In the event of a breach, the data contained does not include personal records. The system was designed this way to protect user’s privacy.

If I am having problems with FSCPASS.com, who can I contact?
